WORK WITH GREEN SAFARIS

At Green Safaris, we don’t just run lodges. We choreograph sunrises, protect elephants, and turn every guest into an unwitting conservationist. From Zambia’s mighty Zambezi to Malawi’s jewel-toned Lake Malawi, our team is the heartbeat of safaris that change lives for our guests, for our communities, and for the wild places we call home. 90% of our General Managers are employed in country.

Here, your “office” might be in the Lower Zambezi, a kitchen that smells of woodsmoke and wild basil, or a desk where the background noise is weaver birds in full gossip. Sound like your kind of workplace? Then welcome — we’ve been waiting for you.

OUR
PURPOSE

Two values guide our compass: Travel with Purpose and Explore with Heart. They shape every guest experience, every decision, and every career we nurture. With these values, we turn safaris into something greater than aholiday — a force for conservation, community empowerment, and joy

LOCAL
LEADERSHIP

We’re proud to say that 90% of our General Managers are Zambian, leading lodges with deep knowledge, warmth, and storytelling that can only comefrom homegrown experience. Working with Green Safaris means joining a team where local voices are represented and celebrated at every level.

OUR PEOPLE
OUR STORIES

Every journey begins with a story—some bold, some humble, all worth telling. At Green Safaris, our people share how they began, where they are today, and the dreams they’re chasing for tomorrow.

Across eight extraordinary properties, the potential is endless. You’ll see it in the warmth of a smile, the spark of dedication, and the spirit that connects us all.

Here, your work becomes part of something bigger: a story filled with meaning, laughter, and a legacy others will look up to for years to come.
