Introducing Our First Cookbook: From Farm to Table

Cookbook For Conservation!

When travelling, what we see becomes a top priority. Be it a beautiful sunset or a lion taking down an impala, our eyes are the windows to the wild.

Adventuring with us, however, is a feast for all the senses.

A big part of this experience comes from our passion for great food. At each of our properties, mealtime is a key part of your journey, and we’ve made sure that deliciousness is always on the menu.

Much of our produce comes from our community gardens, established and maintained by our Green Safaris Conservation Foundation. This commitment to quality ensures that every meal not only nourishes but blows your tastebuds away.

From timeless classics to exciting new favourites, childhood staples and local delicacies, our chefs craft meals worth remembering. They work with what’s in season and what inspires them, contributing to our exciting dishes and flavours. While travelling between our properties, you’ll never be served the same dish twice.

Just like looking back at your Green Safaris photos, flavours and smells can transport you right back to your time with us. This is why we’ve launched our first cookbook, From Farm to Table.

Between these pages, you’ll discover recipes from each of our Green Safaris chefs, along with an introduction to their culinary journeys and why the dishes they’ve chosen to celebrate are so special. This is our take on bringing meals with meaning into your own home.
